Remote Manager Set-up for InnerRange UDL Web Browser

A Web Browser is used for UDL access to the panel. The web browser address URL used will be the 127.x.x.x local IP loop range whereby the x.x.x denotes the SPT account. The address URL will also specify the IP port to send to which the Remote Manager will be configured to listen on. To help with managing the use of the address URL’s per SPT site, the ConnectRWS application is available.

Create an InnerRange UDL web browser session:

1) Run up Remote Manager.

InnerRange Web connectivity

To remote access an InnerRange panels web server the ‘ConnectRWS’ application is needed. You can find a link to it in [All Programs->WebWayOne->Browser & Telnet Connect].

The ‘ConnectRWS’ is used to select a site that has a InnerRange panel running a web server and then connecting to it via Remote Manager using a Web Browser.

Connecting over 3G radio is not always stable due to timings and retries that the browser and panel attempts when data over 3G radio is delayed.

To add accounts-sites select the ‘Advanced’ link and add a ‘Site Name’ and ‘Account’.

<v> </v>

Select the correct session in the dropdown [Remote Manager session to use].

<v> </v>

Press the [Connect] button and the Web Browser of your choice will open and connect to your site via Remote Manager running the session ‘Customer’ with ‘InnerRange Web’ session type.
